
Born in Prince Frederick, Maryland, Jeffrie E. Long, Jr. graduated from Huntingtown High School and Liberty University with a B.A. in Clinical Psychology. He has worked as a receptionist for the Law Office of Thomas V. 'Mike' Miller, Jr., a legislative aide to the Maryland Senate President, and as a legislative director for Maryland State Senators Joanne C. Benson and Michael A. Jackson. He has also served as a Director for the Baltimore-D.C Metro Building Trades Council since 2022 and has been the Senior Pastor of Communion Church since 2018. He was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has served as a member since January 11, 2023.
