Representative Emerson Levy represents House District 53, a diverse region in Central Oregon including North Bend, Redmond, Tumalo, Sisters, and Black Butte. Prior to joining the legislature, she worked both for private practice and a private investment firm, where her career focused on asset-based financing, including clean energy projects.
