Robert Guerra (also known as Bobby) is a member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 41. He assumed office on September 25, 2012. His current term ends on January 12, 2027. Guerra ran for re-election to the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 41. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024. On October 2, 2025, Guerra announced he would not seek re-election to the Texas House of Representatives District 41 in 2026.
