Eddie Morales Jr. was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. Morales earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997 and a graduate degree from St. Mary's Law School in 2000. His career experience includes working as an attorney and owning a business. Morales has served as president of the Maverick County Bar Association, as a member of St. Mary's Law Alumni Board, and as a member of the Texas State Bar Grievance Committee.
