Kelly C. Broniec is a judge of the Missouri Supreme Court. She assumed office on September 25, 2023. Her current term ends on December 31, 2036. Broniec ran for re-election for judge of the Missouri Supreme Court. She won in the retention election on November 5, 2024. Gov. Mike Parson appointed Broniec to the Supreme Court in September 2023 via assisted appointment. Broniec was an associate circuit court judge for the 12th Circuit Court. She served on the court from 2006 to 2020. She was first elected to the bench in 2006, and left office when she was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals.
