Bob Archuleta grew up in the neighborhood of Lincoln Heights in Los Angeles, California, and lives in Pico Rivera, California. He graduated from Salesian High School. Archuleta served in the United States Army in the 82nd Airborne Division as a paratrooper. Following his service, he attended Rio Hondo College Police Academy. His career experience includes working as a reserve police officer for the Montebello Police Department. Archuleta served on the Pico Rivera City Council.
