Stephen Woodcock served in the U.S. Army. Woodcock earned a B.S. in psychology and secondary education from Boston State College and an M.S. in athletic administration from Eastern Kentucky University. His career experience includes working as a complaint investigator with the New Hampshire Department of Education's Bureau of Special Education, the principal of Arlington High School and Sanford High School, and the dean of students of North Middlesex High School.
