Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Mike Griffith graduated from Joppatowne High School in Joppa, Maryland. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer, Supervisor, and Liaison from 1995 to 2002. His professional career includes roles as an Account Representative at Capital Advertising, an Entertainment Consultant at Kramer Entertainment, Inc., and Director of Recruitment for ITT Technical Institute. He worked as an Advertising Account Representative for The Baltimore Sun, Director of New Business Development at Ripken Baseball, and Advertising Manager at the Baltimore Business Journal. From 2017 to 2024, he served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at HPS Management, and in 2024 he became the Director of Business Development at Albers & Associates.
