Jessica de la Cruz is a member of the Rhode Island State Senate, representing District 23. She assumed office on January 1, 2019. Her current term ends on January 5, 2027. The Rhode Island Senate Minority Caucus elected De la Cruz state Senate minority leader on August 2, 2022.
