Mike Pushkin is a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 54. He assumed office on December 1, 2022. His current term ends on December 1, 2026. Pushkin is also the Democratic Party of West Virginia Chair. Pushkin is running for re-election to the West Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 54. He is on the ballot in the Democratic primary on May 12, 2026. On June 18, 2022, Pushkin was elected to a four-year term as chairman of the West Virginia Democratic Party.
