Greg Leding was born in Springdale, Arkansas, and lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Leding graduated from Springdale High School. He earned a degree from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business. Leding has served on the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Foundation Board and the NCSL Task Force on Military and Veterans Affairs.
