
Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, January 16, 1956. Attended Williamsville High School South (New York), 1974; Susquehanna University, B.S. Business Administration, 1978; Marshall University, M.B.A., 1979. Career history includes working at Booz-Allen Hamilton, 1979-1985; Principal at Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc., 1985-2003; and Sr. Program Manager Consultant at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), 2003-present. Served as an instructor at St. Mary's College of Maryland, University of Maryland University College, the College of Southern Maryland, and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Served as a St. Mary's County Commissioner, 2010-2022. Public service includes roles with the Historic St. Mary's City Commission, Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, Board of Trustees for the Chesapeake Bay Trust, Southern Maryland Navy Alliance, and the Maryland Association of Counties Legislative Committee. Elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has been a member since January 11, 2023.
