Jay Collins is the Lieutenant Governor of Florida. He assumed office on August 12, 2025. His current term ends on January 5, 2027. Collins resigned from the Florida State Senate District 14 on August 12, 2025, when Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis appointed Collins Lieutenant Governor of Florida, replacing Jeanette Nunez.
