David K. Thomson is a judge of the New Mexico Supreme Court. He assumed office on February 4, 2019. His current term ends on December 31, 2026. Thomson ran for re-election for judge of the New Mexico Supreme Court. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020. Thomson was first appointed to the court by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on January 25, 2019. Thomson previously served on the First Judicial District Court in New Mexico from 2015 to 2019 and in 2010.
