
Born in Wilmington, Delaware, LaToya Nkongolo is a social worker and educator. She earned her BSW in Social Work from Delaware State University in 2000, an M.S. in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College in 2003, and an MSW from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2013. Her professional background includes roles as a Family Program Supervisor at Anne Arundel Medical Center, Deputy Executive Director at Nick's Place Substance Abuse, and Program Manager of Recovery Support Services at the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. She has served as an adjunct professor at Prince George's Community College and Anne Arundel Community College. She is the owner of Work Life Behavioral Health and Professional Training, LLC.
