Jeremy Cooney lives in Rochester, New York. Cooney earned a B.A. from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and a J.D. from Albany Law School. His career experience includes working as chief of staff for Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren and as senior director for community relations with Empire State Development. Cooney serves as vice chair of the executive board for the Seneca Waterways Council.
