Born in Montgomery County, Maryland, Kris Fair was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2022 and has served since January 11, 2023. Prior to his service in the House, he worked as a campaign manager for the Frederick County Democratic Party, executive director for the Frederick Festival of the Arts, director of team success at New York New York Salon & Spa, legislative director for Delegate Karen Lewis Young, and as the executive director of The Frederick Center.
