
Born in Washington, D.C., J. Sandy Bartlett graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in English in 1987 and earned a J.D. from The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, in 2007. She has worked as a senior trademark legal assistant, senior paralegal, law clerk, and manager in various legal firms and offices. She served as an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College from 2016 to 2019 and currently serves as the Attorney/Principal of the Law Office of Sandy Bartlett. Bartlett was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2018 and has served since January 9, 2019.
