
Justin Ready was born in Mobile, Alabama, on April 15, 1982. He attended Carroll Community College, earning an A.A. in 2002, and Salisbury University, earning a B.A. in Political Science in 2004. His professional background includes serving as a field director for the E. J. Pipkin for U.S. Senate campaign (2004), a legislative aide to Delegate J. B. Jennings (2004-06), chief of staff to Senator Janet Greenip (2006-08), and executive director of the Maryland Republican Party (2008-09). He has also worked as the owner of Strategic CFM, a small business specializing in marketing, advertising, and printing design (2009-2016), and has held a role in national sales and marketing for Strategic CFM since 2016. Ready served in the Maryland House of Delegates from 2011 until his resignation on February 2, 2015. He was appointed to the Maryland Senate and sworn in on February 2, 2015.
