Joe Hoxha

Joe Hoxha was born in post-communist Albania and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1996 when he was only 3 1/2 years old. Growing up in a working-class household in Bristol’s West End neighborhood, Joe learned the value of hard work very early on. He attended the Bristol public school system. Upon graduation, Joe attended the University of Connecticut, graduating with a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology. He began by assisting Republican candidates across the country in their efforts to seek political office. Joe's proudest campaign work came when he was able to successfully lead the Plymouth Republicans to virtually a complete sweep in their 2017 municipal race. In 2019, he decided to make a career switch into the financial services industry, working full-time for a local community bank. He was elected as the State Representative of the 78th District in 2024.
