State Rep. Phil Green was first elected to serve in November of 2018 and is in his fourth term in the Michigan House. Phil serves as the Chair of the American Legislative Exchange Council’s Energy, Environment and Agriculture Committee. He is also a board member for the Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners and has served as Chair of the 2nd Amendment Caucus in the Legislature. Green is an ordained minister. Prior to coming to the Legislature Green served as a Youth Pastor, Senior Pastor, and Assistant to the Pastor, as well as providing Chaplain services to Sherriff Deputies, Sheriff Administration officials and jails around the country, receiving the 2011 National Sherriff Association Chaplin of the year award. Most recently, Phil served as the School Administrator of Juniata Christian School in Vassar.
