Senator Kirby is a member of the Homebuilders Association, NCSL, ALEC, NCOIL, NFIB, and the Board of Directors of Southern Pine Electric Power Association. He is active in the Pearl & Rankin Chambers of Commerce. He is also a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason. Senator Kirby was born November 21, 1946 in Lake City, Arkansas.
