Stephen Whyte is a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 63. He assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2027. The Utah House Majority Caucus appointed Whyte to the state House on November 6, 2021, to fill the vacancy created by Francis Gibson's resignation.
