Born in Quito, Ecuador, David Fraser-Hidalgo attended Albert Einstein High School in Kensington, Maryland, and graduated from St. Mary's College of Maryland with a B.A. in History in 1992. He served as a police officer for Montgomery County from 1994 to 1997. His professional background includes working as a Director of Operations for Envision EMI, LLC, from 1998 to 1999; Director of Web Site Marketing & Sales for Sandglass Systems from 1999 to 2012; Area Sales Manager for Regus from 2012 to 2013; and Area Sales Director for Regus from 2013 to 2014. He was appointed to the Maryland House of Delegates on October 16, 2013, and was first elected in 2014.
