Dave Wallace lives in Leachville, Arkansas. Wallace graduated from Leachville High School. He served in the U.S. Army. Wallace earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1977. Wallace's career experience includes owning Wallace Resource Systems and working as a senior regional vice president of Command Center. He has volunteered with the Memphis Union Mission for the Homeless.
