Joe Kerwin graduated from Upper Dauphin Area High School in 2011. Kerwin has served in the U.S. Army National Guard since 2012. He earned a degree in political science and a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University in 2015 and 2019, respectively. Kerwin's career experience includes working as an attorney.
