
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Luke Clippinger graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in 1990. He earned a B.A. in Politics from Earlham College in 1994 and a J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2005. His professional background includes serving as District Director for U.S. Representative Baron Hill of Indiana from 1998 to 2005, acting as Campaign Manager for Tom Perez for Attorney General in 2006, and serving as an Assistant State's Attorney for Anne Arundel County starting in 2007. He is a Marshall Memorial Fellow and has been a member of the Brown Memorial Presbyterian Church in Baltimore since 1986, where he serves as an Elder.
