
Born in Washington, D.C., Nicole A. Williams graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in History and Communications in 1999 and earned a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002. Her professional career includes experience as a Contract Attorney at Ober, Keler, Grimes and Shriver, a Partner at Hileman & Williams, P.C., and Counsel at Rees Broome, P.C. She has served in the House of Delegates since December 6, 2019, and was first elected in November 2022. Her public service includes roles with the National Council of State Legislatures, the Prince George's County Commission on Common Ownership Communities, and the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland.
