Nancy Waples is a judge of the Vermont Supreme Court. She assumed office on April 15, 2022. Her current term ends on March 31, 2029. Waples was appointed to the Vermont Supreme Court in February 2022 by Gov. Phil Scott using assisted appointment. Waples was a judge of the superior courts in Vermont. She was appointed by Governor Peter Shumlin on December 29, 2014, for a term that expires in 2021.
