Mary L. Wagner is a judge of the Tennessee Supreme Court Western Section. She assumed office on September 1, 2024. Her current term ends on September 1, 2026. Wagner is running for re-election for judge of the Tennessee Supreme Court Western Section. She is on the ballot in the retention election on August 6, 2026.
