Ricky Hill graduated from Cabot High School. Hill earned a master's degree in agriculture business and economics from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro in 1991. His career experience includes co-owning residential rental property and working as the executive vice president of Bank OZK, the vice president of First Security Bank, and the general manager of SF Services. Hill has served as the president of the Cabot School Board, the secretary of the Cabot Chamber of Commerce, and a co-founding board member of the Keep the Faith Foundation.
