Mike Gabbard is a member of the Hawaii State Senate, representing District 21. He assumed office on November 8, 2022. His current term ends on November 3, 2026. Gabbard was on the Honolulu City Council from 2003 to 2005. He then switched from Republican to Democrat in August of 2007.
