
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Nicholaus R. Kipke graduated from Chesapeake High School and attended Anne Arundel Community College. He has worked as a manufacturer representative for REPS & Associates, Inc. since 2000. Previously, he served as a restaurant manager for FriendCo Restaurants from 1995 to 2000. Kipke has an extensive record of public service, including roles with the Maryland Health Care Reform Coordinating Council, the Maryland Communities for a Lifetime Commission, and various other councils and workgroups. He is a member of the North County Republican Club and a life member of the National Rifle Association. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with numerous awards, including Legislator of the Year from various organizations such as the Maryland Academy of Audiology and the Maryland Dental Hygienists' Association, and the Casper R. Taylor, Jr. Founder's Award.
