Kelly Moller is a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 40A. She assumed office on January 3, 2023. Her current term ends on January 12, 2027. On October 15, 2025, Moller announced she would not seek re-election to the Minnesota House of Representatives District 40A in 2026.
