Representative Becky Laubinger, a Republican, proudly represents St. Francois County (District 117) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to her first two-year term in November 2024. A resident of St. Francois County since 2009, Rep. Laubinger has devoted her career to service and community engagement. She graduated from Missouri Baptist University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies, which shaped her passion for faith-based outreach and family support. For over a decade, she has served as the executive director of Monarch Family Resource Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing critical resources and support to families in need, including parenting education, crisis intervention, and youth mentorship. Rep. Laubinger is deeply committed to her faith and community. She is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Desloge. In addition, she contributes her leadership skills as a member of the Nominating Committee for the Mineral Area Baptist Association, served on the Resolutions Committee for the Missouri Baptist Convention, was a community representative for Children’s Division mandated meetings, coached through Upward Sports, and participates in the Desloge, Bonne Terre, and Park Hills-Leadington Chambers of Commerce. Rep. Laubinger currently serves as a representative on the Central R-III Parents as Teachers board. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, organizing community events, and participating in local outreach programs that reflect her commitment to serving others.
