Adam Neylon was born in Illinois. He graduated from Carroll University. His career experience includes working as a legislative aide in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Neylon has served as a member of the Carroll University President's Advisory Council, the 100th Anniversary Capitol Commemorative Commission, the Assembly Speaker's Task Force on Foster Care, the Assembly Speaker’s Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, and Governor Walker’s Steering Committee on Autonomous and Connected Vehicle Testing and Deployment. He was selected to attend the Bowhay Institute for Legislative Leadership Development (BILLD) fellowship with the Council of State Governments in 2014.
