Rebecca Burkes lives in Springdale, Arkansas. Burkes earned a B.A. from the University of Texas, an M.S. in organizational management from the University of Arkansas, and a J.D. from Baylor University. Her career experience includes working as an attorney, a faculty member with the University of Wisconsin Law School, and a deputy director and general counsel with the Arkansas Department of Heritage.
