Lilly Rosas

Lilibeth “Lilly” Rosas Vargas was elected as Representative for District 19 of Mayagüez and San Germán to the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, representing the Popular Democratic Party (PPD) in the 2024 general elections. She serves as the PPD spokesperson in the following House commissions: the Cooperativism Commission, the West Region Commission, and the Small and Medium Enterprises (PYMES) Commission. She has an extensive career of over 25 years in public service, having performed in various roles within the Department of Labor and Human Resources (Right to Work Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (PROSHA), and the Anti-Discrimination Unit) and the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (Labor Development Program). She remains active in visiting communities as well as public and private entities in her district to address their needs.
