
Born at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland, June 19, 1971. Attended Edgewood High School in Edgewood, Maryland, graduating in 1989. He served as an Armored Crewman in the U.S. Army. His career experience includes working as a Special Investigator for the Department of Housing and Community Development in Baltimore City, a police officer for the Baltimore City Police Department's Eastern District from 1997 to 1999, and with the Harford County Sheriff's Office in 2000. He also served as a member of the Harford County Council, representing District A, from 2018 to 2022. He has served as a football and girls' basketball coach at Patterson Mill High School in Bel Air, Maryland. He was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has been a member since January 11, 2023.
