Breanne Davis lives in Russellville, Arkansas. Davis graduated from Russellville High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Arkansas Tech University. Davis' career experience includes working as a communications liaison and legislative liaison with the Russellville School Board. She served as the president of the Russellville School Board and has been affiliated with the Arkansas Board of State Athletic Training, the Arkansas Commission on Eye and Vision Care of School-Age Children, the Russellville Downtown Master Planning Commission, and Leadership Russellville.
