Susan Bysiewicz is the Lieutenant Governor of Connecticut. She assumed office on January 9, 2019. Her current term ends on January 6, 2027. Bysiewicz ran for re-election for Lieutenant Governor of Connecticut. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022. Bysiewicz served three terms as the Connecticut Secretary of State from 1999 to 2011. She also represented District 100 in the Connecticut House of Representatives from 1993 to 1999.
